Qigong Practices

After joining Jeff’s 4 day intensive workshop the Qigong practices have changed my life.  I am mentally clearer, much more grounded (connected to spirit and the physical together).  Before Qigong I had a very hard time remaining in my physical body (being psychic since childhood, I was not used to it, I was out of my body most of the time). I can stay centered more effectively and breath better.  I have always had a lot of energy, but since Qigong I can focus it into one place more clearly.
